Takohiki Knife is a type of Sashimi Knife and the tip has a square shape. It’s also called “Kanto Sashimi Knife” and it was often used in Kanto region. For ordinary houses, the blade length is usually between 210 mm to 240 mm and 300 to 330 mm for chefs.
